Shipping Restrictions

As we’re unable to deliver to certain areas, we suggest that you select a different shipping destination or contact our customer care team to help you find an alternative.

We also have a limit on orders that can we delivered door to door with our current delivery partner, J&T. Should you need to purchase multiple items, we highly recommend to split your cart or basket, or if your location permits, do a self pick-up.

How To Track Your Order

You may check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account or simply click on Order Tracking.

Delivery Processing Times

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays. All credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Signing For Your Purchase

You can rest assured that we’ll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by the delivery insurance. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.

Please be aware that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

Our Delivery Partner

J&T

We have partnered with J&T to provide wider delivery coverage to our customers.

Once your order has left us and is with J&T, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. You may also track your orders via J&T with your assigned tracking (shipment waybill) number. Delivery insurance is also part of this coverage.
